PCB Assembly

At Tescom, core activity is Printed Circuit Board Assembly. We help customers realize challenging products by having focused teams that leverage our streamlined processes & systems and adapt them to the specific requirements of the customer and product.

Field Failure Analysis

8D Global Field Failure Analysis tool is used for identifying the root cause. Goal is to achieve permanent corrective action based on statistical analysis and focus on the origin of the non-conformance.

Raw Material Reliability

We source material from OEMs and authorized distributors/dealers. All Electronic parts are received in their original packing and it is maintained the same way until they are assembled.

Global Sourcing

We strategise our sourcing from global markets which lowers production costs and maintains the quality standards too.

  • All operation staff are equipped with ESD protection

Global 8D Method is deployed.

  • Identify and define the Non-Conformity
  • Prepare interim containment plan, implement and verify the  actions
  • Determine, identify and verify root cause and escape points for the failure using 5 Why analysis and Fish Bone diagram
  • Select and verify permanent corrective actions for Non-Conformity identified
  • Implement and validate the corrective actions
  • Take preventive measures by horizontal implementation of the corrective action across all products

For PCB assembly, we require – drilling file, BOM in excel format, Assembly Class, Assembly Process (RoHS/Non-RoHS) & Assembly Drawing in PDF format with searchable text. Please include all files into one folder and compress them into .ZIP or .RAR format.
